to be understood strictly as a speculation based on a bit
of basic chemistry and assorted research of others. In no

The fact that a
low voltage up to 24V is considered to be safe does not
constitute the fact that a 12V automotive battery
can’t cause a serious injury, or death.
Anyexperimentation with electric currents in vivo has to
be based on the sound knowledge of the relationships
between potential/Volts, current/Amperes
andresistance/Ohms.
This treatise is a result
of my search for efficient methods, which might
non-selectively and efficiently address any infectious
maladies, be it chronic or acute, as wellas possibly
removal of undesirable metals and chemicals from humans
suffering sub clinical lead, mercury, cadmium, melamine,
polyurethane etc. poisoning, as well as to remedy
malignant growths.
After a fairly extensive
search through all kinds of dietary supplements, which
have only given me a headache and the feeling that if I
were to stuff myself with all, which is recommended by
way too many sources on daily bases, I would end up
eating a few tons of supplements every month, my
attention has turned toward electro-therapies. Rather
than studying many theories, I have concentrated on
empirical results scrounged up all over the internet and
published in a few books.
Ph.D. Otto Heinrich
Warburg investigated the metabolism of tumors and the
respiration of cells, particularly cancer cells. He was
awarded his first Nobel Prize for his discovery of the
nature and mode of action of the respiratory enzyme in
1931. He has established that cancer cells were anaerobic
and subject to destruction through oxidization.
1a] The Ph.D. Otto H. Warburg substantial with
respect to this treatise is the fact that oxygen is a
deadly poison to all anaerobic organisms, such as
anaerobic bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites and
cancerous tissues and that their oxidization is extremely
imperative to their destruction.
Probably the earlier
research by PhD. MD. William F. Koch has led him to
develop the Stabilized Oxygen, further developed by Jim
Humble into MMS1, popularity of
which is increasing at an exponential rate.
1a] The first PhD. MD. William F. Koch's
substantial with respect to this treatise is the fact
that oxidation of microorganisms in cells and the blood
stream is the most important function in aerobic
organisms like us, killing of such microorganisms.
Oxidizing also removes buildups of poisonous metals in
the body making them a subject to disposal through body
organs.
1b] The second PhD. MD. William F. Koch's
substantial with respect to this treatise is the fact
that mono atomic
oxygen (released while the original
substance is decomposing) is able to oxidize substances
and pathogens in the body, which diatomic oxygen
can’t oxidize.
An early research by PhD.
MD. William F. Koch (1917-21) has led him to develop and
successfully apply tissue extract he has named tissue
thrombin, well capable of causing apoptosis of cancerous
tissues. This method is totally overlooked by both, the
modern medical science as well as all alternative doctors
I have ever come across, despite the fact that there is a
good possibility that this method could be fairly easily
redeveloped. Never the less, it is not pertinent to this
treatise.
Somewhat latter research
has led PhD. MD. William F. Koch to development of
intramuscularly administered saline solution of five
carboxyl molecule [crystal] mixture charged by an
undisclosed methodology as a permanent source of electric
field in the body. This mixture has worked permanently in
the body as an oxidative catalyst killing any anaerobic
pathogens within blood as well as tissues and
facilitating oxidation of undesirable metals and their
consequent removal from the organism giving his patients
well over 90% lifetime protection against infectious
diseases, allergies, cancer, diabetes, hart and artery
problems you name it. This solution has further kept red
blood cells in a well electrically potentiated state
preventing red blood cell clumping and eventually
clotting.
2a] The third PhD. MD. William F. Koch's
substantial with respect to this treatise is the fact,
that cell receptors get clogged up with hydroxyl group OH
as well as atoms of so called heavy metals and chemical
pollutants, disabling their function. It is the function
of the “antioxidants” (a misnomer) such as
vitamin C and many others, to cause separation of these
pathogens form the clogged receptors. This again is the
function of electric charge values of
“antioxidants” (catalysts) to oxidize, or
better said facilitate the oxidization of the hydroxyl
group (OH) into water and oxidization of heavy metals and
chemical pollutants into oxygen compounds, freeing the
cell receptors. Only then can such pathogens become
electrically inactive and be eliminated from the tissues
via blood and lymphatic system through the liver and
kidneys.
3a] The fourth PhD. MD. William F. Koch's
substantial with respect to this treatise is the fact,
that electric potential delivered by the carboxyl
molecules potentiates living cells with an electric
charge of which the most notable effect is the thinning
of the blood in cases where red blood cells tend to clump
(stack) together. This potentiation keeps them apart,
allowing for easier passage through capillaries and
facilitating distribution of oxygen and other nutrients
through out the body.
There are many sites with
pertinent information. The above site is a random Google
find. They all present methods of introduction of ozone
into the body, providing oxygenation of blood and tissues
as an alternate effective method of dealing with
anaerobic infections, as well as diseases of undetermined
etiology (origin) such as anaerobic cancer.

Dr. Robert O. Becker has
extensively and very successfully researched regeneration
of mammalian tissues in vitro as well as in vivo with the
use of electric currents in conjunction with electric
delivery of silver ions into the injury and its
immediately surrounding tissues.
3b] The first Dr. Robert O. Becker's substantial
with respect to this treatise is the fact that he has
introduced a non invasive in vivo method of delivery of
mono atomic oxygen into any tissues and has established
that such technology is viable and effective for
elimination of anaerobic pathogens from the blood stream
as well as tissues while very inexpensive.
3c] The second Dr. Robert O. Becker's substantial
with respect to this treatise is the fact, that electric
potential delivered by the direct electric current
potentiates living cells with an electric charge of which
the very notable effect is that in vitro block of
gelatinous culture is capable of producing a polarized
electric potential and current in the same orientation it
had been charged up to 12 hours after being disconnected
from the charging circuit.
4a] The third Dr. Robert O. Becker's substantial
with respect to this treatise is the fact that he has
established values of DC voltage and electric current at
which direct current, while preserving its capacity to
kill anaerobic pathogens, does not produce harmful side
effects.
4b] The fourth Dr. Robert O. Becker's substantial
is the fact that he established that alternating currents
of comparable values to direct currents are completely
inefficient in killing off such pathogens.
4d] The fifth Dr. Robert O. Becker's substantial
with respect to this treatise is the fact that his
procedure appears to not only work on infections, but to
do so 100% when properly applied, without many, if any
apparent detrimental side effects.
4e] The sixth Dr. Robert O. Becker's substantial
with respect to this treatise is, that if the direct
current electric treatment is to be efficient, the
selected body area, lets say a lung, must be sandwiched
between two flat electrodes somewhat larger than the area
occupied by the lung, lets say one electrode on the chest
and one on the back.
Dr. Bob Beck was a
physicist who has managed to develop blood
electrification method and protocol, which is capable to
destroy anaerobic pathogens in the blood stream by a non
invasive in vivo blood electrification based on a
suppressed report of the research of Dr. William D. Lyman
and Dr. Steven Kaali from the Albert Einstein College of
Medicine US.
1c] The first Dr. Bob Beck's substantial with
respect to this treatise is, that electrolysis provides
by far the most superior way of delivery of mono atomic
oxygen into the blood stream and marginally into the
tissues, creating
the mono atomic oxygen directly in
the blood stream as well as inside the tissues and cells.
3a] The second Dr. Bob Beck's substantial with
respect to this treatise is the fact, that electric
current passage potentiates living cells with an electric
charge of which the most notable effect is the thinning
of the blood in cases where the red blood cells tend to
clump (stack) together. It keeps them apart, allowing for
easier passage through capillaries and facilitating
distribution of oxygen and other nutrients through out
the body.
3b] The third Dr. Bob Beck's substantial with
respect to this treatise is the fact that he has
introduced his non invasive in vivo method of delivering
mono atomic oxygen into the blood plasma as well as blood
cells and pathogens and has established that such
technology is not only viable and effective for
elimination of anaerobic pathogens from the blood stream
while very inexpensive.
I have not found the
inventor of this invention yet. It is an extremely simple
device comprising of a battery, possibly combined with a
resistor as simple as a light bulb, some wire leads and
two cutlery-sponge electrodes. The device has been
apparently developed in its current form by Bob Luhrs.
1c] The first Godzila substantial with respect to
this treatise is, that electrolysis provides by far the
most superior way of delivery of mono atomic oxygen into
tissues, as well as into the blood stream, creating the mono atomic oxygen directly inside the tissues and cells, which no
other method can dependably achieve, if at all.
3b] The first Godzila substantial with respect to
this treatise is the fact that Godzila has introduced a
non invasive in vivo method of delivery of mono atomic
oxygen into any tissues and has established that such
technology is viable and effective for elimination of
anaerobic pathogens from the blood stream as well as
tissues while extremely inexpensive.
4b] The second Godzila substantial with respect to
this treatise is the fact that Godzila uses strictly
direct current, even though Bob Luhrs asserts that
re-polarization every 5 to 10 minutes or so is a must to
avoid electrolysis and, or ionic drift etc. This shall be
discussed below.
4c] The third Godzila substantial with respect to
this treatise is that Godzila is a crude device, which
does not use anything but ballpark information on
efficiency of the strength of the Voltage and Amperage
applied. This shall be discussed below.
4d] The fourth Godzila substantial with respect to
this treatise is the fact that Godzila appears to not
only work on infections, but to do so 100% when properly
applied, without many, if any apparent detrimental side
effects.
4e] The fifth Godzila substantial with respect to
this treatise is, that if the direct current electric
treatment is to be efficient, the selected body area,
lets say a lung, must be sandwiched between two flat
electrodes somewhat larger than the area occupied by the
lung, lets say one electrode on the chest and one on the
back.

I have performed some
further research of US patent office on industrial uses
of electric currents in pasteurization and sterilization
of liquids. This research has concluded that alternating
currents have very little potential in killing of
pathogens in liquids strictly by electric means.
Alternating current in all patents turns out to be
effective only when it rises the liquid temperature to
levels past the possibility of application in live
organisms, in which temperature either greatly
facilitates the electric action of the alternating
current, or is the sole reason for the microorganism
destruction.

This patent manifests that
only a line between two point like electrodes is
electrically active and capable of stunning and, or
killing aquarium fish. It further establishes that a
sheet like current path between two parallel wire
electrodes is capable of stunning and, or killing
aquarium fish.
4e] The US patent # 4572775 substantial with
respect to this treatise is, that if the direct current
electric treatment is to be efficient, the selected body
area, lets say a lung, must be sandwiched between two
flat electrodes somewhat larger than the area occupied by
the lung, lets say one electrode on the chest and one on
the back.
This patent demonstrates
an enhancement of the action of the direct electric
current with a cross oriented steady homogenous magnetic
field.
5a] The US patent # 5925324 substantial with
respect to this treatise is, that it actually establishes
and shows the relationship between the values of electric
current strength, duration of application and the
strength of the steady magnetic field. Please note that
the electrodes in this patent are designed incorrectly
with respect to [4e] US patent # 4572775 providing current path only
along the internal surface of the duct, rather than
across the whole cross section of the flow.
SUMMARY
A] Direct electric current water electrolysis
application [1c] introduces mono
atomic oxygen directly into the
tissues (and fluids), outside as well as inside the
cells, as long as these are included within the path [4e] of
the direct electric current between two or more
electrodes. This delivery is independent of the blood
stream and can be introduced non invasively in vivo [3b] into
any tissues, including such as the lymphatic and nervous
systems, which are generally inaccessible to blood
stream, therefore normally inaccessible to Stabilized Oxygen, MMS1,
hydrogen peroxide and ozone.
Therefore, the
introduction of mono atomic oxygen produced
by direct electric current hydrolysis [3b] in
vivo is the most efficient non invasive method of all
oxygenating methods in view of cost, efficiency and
thoroughness of delivery.
B] Empirical evidence of all alternate methods of
body electrification, which are based more or less on
electrolysis, i.e. Dr. Bob Beck's method with alternating
current of a frequency low enough (4Hz) to be considered
re-polarizing DC and Godzilas in any form, where the
recommended re-polarization is ~ 0.00016 Hz, and Dr.
Robert O. Becker’s method of regeneration show, that
if there are any detrimental side effects [4a,d],
they are too negligible to be seriously considered. All
of these methods have a further positive side effect of lasting alleviation of local
pain in the body parts previously
subjected to electric current.
D] An attempt to prevent in vivo electrolysis in
Dr. Bob Beck's electric pulsar is a counter productive
measure. The negligible effect of Godzila re-polarization
makes Godzila a much more efficient methodology than Dr.
Bob Beck’s electric pulsar application for this
reason. Godzila also uses large electrodes, which is
another reason why it is substantially more efficient
than Dr. Robert Beck's pulsar. Godzila affects an
incomparably larger volume of tissues in accordance with
Dr. Robert O. Becker’s methodology than Dr. Bob
Beck’s method.
E] I have no clue what happens with the diatomic
hydrogen by product of hydrolysis within and outside the
cells. If anyone may be willing to educate me I am all
ears. Yet the fact remains, that it does not cause any
harm, which the body would not be able to easily handle
at the stated values and procedures.
F] Despite the fact that Dr. Bob Beck's magnetic
pulsar can't induce in vivo electric currents of
sufficient strength and duration to cause electrolysis
and the consequent oxidization [1b] of
anaerobic microorganisms by mono atomic oxygen in
vivo, it clearly shows beneficial effects to pulsed
tissues whatever the mechanism.
G] Dr. Bob Beck's electric pulsar uses an
inefficient geometry of electrode application as per US
patent # 4572775 [4e]. Its 2 electrode geometry creates very limited
cross sectional path not exactly across a relatively fast
moving blood stream in the arteries with very short
duration alternating DC pulses. It compensates for these
shortcomings by the intensity of the applied electric
voltage (peaking at up to 27V per ~ 12"* ) and therefore
current.
H] Experimental orthodox methods of
inserting electrodes directly into a tumor attempting to
acidify and, or “electrocute” the malignant
mass is inefficient to say the least. Such methods
provide electric path, which is nowhere near wide and
deep enough to cover the whole tumor [4e]. To
make the matters worse, acidification to an insufficient
degree only aggravates the tumor chemistry by providing
an environment within the tumor facilitating the tumor
and pathogen well being, instead of the patient well
being.
I] Every infection in the body, be it viral,
fungal, parasitic or bacterial should be assumed to be
systemic, even though a local treatment will cause a
local cleanup and facilitate the systemic clean up while
also cleaning up the blood stream. A fact that an ailment
manifests itself as a local problem should not be
construed as a proof that the infection is strictly
local. Body is a system circulated by bodily fluids all
the time and even though lets say inflammation is local,
there is no reason to assume that the agent of the
infection is not present all through out the body. The
pathogens, as can be demonstrated on herpes, may normally
dwell in tissues which do not demonstrate an
inflammation, only to intermittently flare up as such in
other tissues. Therefore, a whole body DC electrification
treatment may be the most profound way of getting rid of
all pathogens in the body for the time being in such
instances, where the local treatment of inflammation or
otherwise demonstrated pathology has not been 100%
effective. Even though caution should be paid to a
possible toxemia from tissue (tumor) die off, attention
should be paid to the PhD. MD. William F. Koch, who
showed that the body uses the digested tumor mass for
resources of energy and protein.
J] Dr. Robert O. Becker’s window of
electrification [4a] for the purposes of regeneration of tissues as
stated in his US patent # 5814094 is between 0.09V and
0.11V per 12”* of an electrode surface. In plain English, a
flat electrode 2” x 5” equals 102” should use approximately a total of 1V
potential at the source (lets say battery) to achieve
what he has. This may appear to be insufficient for
Godzila applications though, because Godzila is not
facilitated by infusion of ionic silver and because
Godzila is recommended to be applied across intact skin
on both, anode as well as the cathode side, as opposed to
Dr. Robert O. Becker’s application of the anode over
an open wound on the anode side. Let’s see.
K] Godzila uses up to approximately 6” x
9” pad electrodes. This equals to 542” surface of the electrodes at a maximum 6V
battery input. 6/54 = 0.11V per 12” of Volt potential density across the
electrode area. This value falls right into the Dr.
Robert O. Becker’s window of Volt potential for
regeneration, but the current density is degraded in
Godzila method by the extra resistance of two layers of
healthy skin, rather than just one. Therefore, while
Godzila confirms in such instance with approximately 0.1V
per 12" of an electrode with Dr. Robert O.
Becker’s Volt potential value, its Ampere density
per 12” area is much less (see below). Yet, it is
still sufficient to cause electrolysis with its capacity
to cause destruction (oxidization by mono atomic oxygen) of anaerobic infections and anaerobic tissues,
if applied as suggested by Bob Luhrs and as
mentioned through out this text.
L] Unfortunately, a Volt potential is not the
quite correct criteria for application. The correct
criteria is the value of the electric current (Amperes)
density per 12" passing through the tissues. This value
is variable at any voltage depending on the resistance
between the electrodes. The voltage is more or less only
a general indication value under the circumstances. Dr.
Robert O. Becker states that 64 micro amps per 12” is still efficient for disabling
microbial pathogens without application of silver ions
and 39 micro Amperes for silver ion applications. These
values more or less correspond to Volt potential
application across an open wound, which poses little
resistance to the current at the anode. Yet, the cathode
is placed on an intact skin, providing much higher
resistance to the current at the cathode. Dr. Robert O.
Becker applied his values locally across the wounds 24
hours a day, seven days a week, for what
sometime amounted to several months of a
continuous treatment, without any
re-polarization. Such re-polarization would have actually
had a catastrophically detrimental effect on his
regenerative procedure, because the reversal of polarity
would cause a reversal of ionic drift direction of the
silver.
Dr. Robert O.
Becker’s research states quite clearly, that a local
application of direct electric current at 0.1V per 12" across an open wound results in between
40 – 60 micro Amperes per 12" [4a] and that it does not pose any danger to the
patient even when applied 24/7 for a duration of several
months [4a,d]. This value is actually above the Godzila
application with large electrodes 6” x 9” when
similar voltage (0.1V/12”) is applied across two layers of healthy
skin, rather then just one. The double layer of the
healthy skin will generally cause a drop in the current
density per 12" across the treated area at the same
voltage potential per 12" due to a higher resistance, therefore the
Godzila treatment at these V/A values will require a
relative increase in duration of the treatment, or an
increase in the Volt potential, or both. Dr. Robert O.
Becker’s durations of application should not be
taken as applicable for a general treatment of the whole
body if attempted on 24/7 basis unless well researched,
due to the possible inability of the body having to deal
with the electrolysis byproducts (assumed here to be
mostly the diatomic hydrogen gas dissolving into the
tissues during hydrolysis). Never the less, short
duration treatments measured in minutes should
demonstrate a little negative impact, if any [4a,d],
from the byproducts of electrolysis (anything except for
the oxygen), yet give the benefit of destroying all
anaerobic life within the body at the time.
M] The fact that
hydrolysis is well capable of splitting hydrogen from
oxygen implies that while the oxidization by mono atomic oxygen of organic as well as inorganic pathogens takes
place in the tissues under DC application, splitting of
hydroxyl groups (OH) and their disengagement from the
internal as well as external cell receptors also takes
place [2a], freeing the receptors from at least the
hydroxyl groups. Further, there is a good likelihood that
the electrolysis is also capable of splitting metal ions,
chemical compounds and viral intruders from these
receptors while being oxidized, or consequently oxidized
by mono atomic
oxygen [2a].
N] The electric potential [3c]
impressed on living cells by direct electric current has
a beneficial effect at least upon the aerobic living
cells lasting for some time after the electrification has
been discontinued. The aglomerates of living tissues
actually preserve the impressed polarity and nearly the
intensity for up to 12 hours after the treatment. It is
then imperative to apply the direct current electrodes as
close to the natural polarity orientation in healthy
human being as possible for the best results. Creation of
a body map of relative electric potential orientations
made available to the general public appears like a good
project to facilitate the advancement of pertinent
general knowledge.
