• What would you think of a fellow, who is trying to convince you that waves on the pond are made from flesh and blood, just because he generates them with his foot oscillating in the water and detects them with his tongue feeling the oscillation?

• What would you think of a fellow, who is trying to convince you that sound waves are made from paper, just because he generates them with an oscillating paper speaker diaphragm and detects it with his oscillating microphone paper diaphragm?

• What makes you think that a fellow, who is trying to convince you that light, radio and all the rest of the so called “electro-magnetic” waves are made from electro-magnetic fields, just because he generates them and detects them with oscillating electro-magnetic fields, has a slightest clue of what he is talking about?
